About the team

Phoenix Cheerleaders were set up in September 2005 by cheerleading coach Claire Hinds and dancer Suzanne O'Hara, who is now a qualified Assistant Coach of the squad.

The team are based in Manchester and train in dance, tumbling, cheers and chants and stunting, and have performed at the Trafford Centre and many sporting events around Manchester. We now perform at most Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey home games.

Our over 16s Allstars squad have been training together since January 2008 and train once a week. They are looking forward to competing together later this year and performing at Drew's birthday!!!
